Peace Camp Official Statement (last updated July 22, 2020):
Dear Peace Camp Family,
In light of recent developments regarding rising cases within the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to move forward with hosting a virtual OC Peace Camp 2020.
OC Peace Camp 2020 will be held from Monday, July 27, to Friday, July 31, with three live Zoom sessions for our Camp Opening, Camp Closing, and Thursday Family Night. The remainder of camp will be conducted via online videos, with Staff and Youth Leaders asynchronously leading campers through fun and educational experiences (with materials provided).
We understand and acknowledge that during this time, the mission of Peace Camp is more needed than ever. Peace Camp this year will serve as that constant to remind you and your children that we are returning to normalcy. We are sincerely committed to providing the best camp and learning environment for all our campers in the safest and healthiest conditions possible.
